Who we help

We work with the people who keep offshore and construction sites running.

Our clients are skilled trades contractors who were asked to work through a limited company, or to register for CIS, and want someone to look after that side properly.

Scaffolder in a hard hat and hi-vis jacket fixing a coupler on a scaffold

Offshore scaffolders

From platform work to onshore yards and shutdowns, scaffolders often move between contracts where CIS applies and contracts where it doesn't. We check each one, so the right deductions are made and every pound comes back where it should.

Riggers and banksmen

OPITO riggers, banksmen and lifting supervisors working rotation, often through agencies and contractors with different payment terms. We keep your company's pay, payroll and filings steady, whatever the contract looks like.

Rope access technicians

IRATA techs working across oil and gas, wind and inspection work, often through their own company or self-employed. We help you decide the right setup and run it properly.

Other trades contractors

Wind turbine and blade technicians, inspectors, deck crew and other trades working through a Ltd or on CIS. If you're on rotation and running a company, we can help.

Not sure you need a Ltd?

Some contractors are told they have to go Ltd when they don't. Others are self-employed on CIS and would be better off with a company. We'll talk you through the options honestly, and if the answer is “stay as you are”, we'll tell you that too.
