About Charlotte Flynn
With 17 years’ experience working within HR, Charlotte Flynn has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all aspects of recruitment, operations and the HR function.
Having started her career as a Trainee Sales Consultant, it became clear she had an aptitude for developing relationships with both candidates and clients, and had a natural ability when it came to the resourcing and recruitment side of business. Explaining her approach Charlotte says, “For me, recruitment is not just simply a numbers game, it is about building relationships and understanding both the companies I am representing and the candidate’s needs. My aim is to get the perfect match first time!”
Building on the knowledge and experience she has gained through a career spanning recruitment, office and branch management, operations and HR management Charlotte launched CCF Recruitment Services in early 2021.
